All Sale items are final sale. All Special Orders are final sale.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at 207-899-3218, or via email at [email protected]. We’ll provide detailed return shipping information to you, and updated your account information to ensure the transaction is handled according to your expectations. The original purchase receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
If you’re seeking a refund on your purchase, be sure to return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it arrives at our facilities in the condition you returned it. All returned items should be in the same condition as you received them. For authorized returns, we will refund the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. We do not refund the cost of shipping the item to you, and you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
For exchanges, please be sure to specify the item you would like to receive. We will process your return upon its arrival, and credit your account for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. Any balance remaining after the exchange will be credited to your account. If the exchange results in a balance due from you, please provide credit card information, including card number, expiration date and security code. We will charge the outstanding balance to the card, in addition to shipping costs and applicable taxes.
In the rare event an item is damaged during shipping, or is otherwise defective, please contact us at the telephone number or email address listed above. We’ll provide a return shipping call tag, and make arrangements to send a replacement, or issue a refund.
