Kila Siku is a 'special' partner for Libeco-Lagae. It's a charity association founded in 2004 in Goma (Africa), who gives women the opportunity to make quality products and to sell them in Europe. All profit of sales is reinvested in the project.
This collection of household linens is hand made on linen fabrics of Libeco. 'Kila Siku', a name chosen by the ladies who stitch these products, means 'Everyday' in Swahili. Everyday these woman, who have been abandoned or abused, have work and an income by which they feed their children and make a better life for themselves.
